Refund policy

At The Nail Loft, we understand that customer satisfaction is paramount in the beauty and personal care industry. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers feel confident and secure in their purchases while maintaining the integrity of our high-quality nail care products.

All non-customized products sold by The Nail Loft are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy and a 30-day refund policy. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns will not be accepted for customized items. Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns or refunds for customized products cannot be accepted unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes all customized items such as customized art sets and customized sizing sets. 

In the event that a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage to process the refund efficiently. Upon verification, customers will be offered a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the financial institution's processing times.

It is important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

To initiate a refund, customers should contact our customer service team via email. Our representatives will guide customers through the return process and provide any necessary instructions to ensure a smooth transaction.
